Our Work
Process
Our wire drawing process consists of pointing the rod, threading the pointed end through a die, and attaching the end to a drawing block. The block, made to revolve by an electric motor, pulls the lubricated rod through the die, reducing it in diameter and increasing its length.
We draw 8mm Continuous Copper Rod (CCR) through our latest Rod Break Down machinery (RBD) to 1.6mm size and thereafter to further below sizes through our Fine Wire Drawing and Annealing machineries. We intend to cater different requirements of our clients by providing single copper wire in all gauge sizes, along with bunched and tin insulation, thereas serving as your one stop window for all your copper needs.
